Acknowledgement of Country

Sydney Diocesan Archives would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of Country throughout Australia and within the diocese, which lies on the lands of the Kuring-gai, Eora, Dharug, and Tharawal nations. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture, and their sovereignty which was never ceded.
